Our on-farm focus is creating opportunities for experiential learning. We host groups of students and adult learners interested in sustainable ag for hands on workshops, tours, and work days. We also work with local schools and special needs programs in building on-site vegetable gardens for more intensive learning experiences.
Our on farm experiences include: composting, planting/harvesting, mushroom production, greenhouse tours, animal fiber production, exploring natural textiles through spinning/weaving/dying experiences.
We also participate in school events with animal displays, spinning and weaving demonstrations, on-site composting, gardening projects, and pollinator programs.
